For our client, a multinational engineering company based in Leiden area, we are recruiting an (1) allround Business Analyst; and (2) a Finance Business Analyst.

In this role you will work with your colleagues across European offices to help them get the most value out of their business applications. You will do this by together developing roadmaps through workshops, business process mapping, and translating this to actionable work for the development team. Projects could include implementations of software, automations, transformations, integrations etcetera in the area of finance, data analytics or any other business discipline.

You will become part of an international team of 10 business analysts, and work closely with the business and the rest of the IT department.

Your qualifications:

  • 5 years (or more) relevant experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Content knowledge (Finance, Data Analytics or knowledge of other business disciplines)
  • Business sense, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience developing software roadmaps through workshops with business process owners
  • Knowledge of any ERP systems and Microsoft stack
  • Experience working in an agile environment alongside multiple phases of the software development life cycle, as a business analyst / product owner / consultant / comparable role
  • You speak and write English fluently
